Updates to NPS Feedback

  • Changed feedback frequency from 45 days to 30 days
  • Maximum 2 feedback prompts will be shown to the user in a day (whether he submits feedback or not). Once he submits (or cancels) feedback for that action, he will be asked again only after 30 days for that action
  • Once a user submits (or cancels) a feedback, feedback for other actions will be asked only after 7 days
